Hamburger Soup
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 15 ounce cans mixed vegetables, with liquid
2 cans tomato soup
water (as desired)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef in skillet, drain. Combine in large saucepan with vegetables and vegetable juices, tomato soup and enough water to achieve desired consistency. (If you wish the soup to be very thick, use less water.) Season to taste. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves four.
